SPY and T-Line™ Swing Trade Attitude: Price < T-Line™ CAUTION TODAY
7:00 am Yesterday printed an inside day bearish Harami after a flag Bullish Engulf.  This morning it looks like the futures have weakness.  This suggests the Bullish Engulf was not strong enough to carry the buyers higher at this time. If the bears continue their strength today, we will see a close below the T-Line™, and that would put$201.50 area on the chopping block.   The $201.50 area is an important support level because of the multiple battles the Bulls and Bears had before the Bulls can take us to above $206.00.

A very important aspect of candlestick trading is to realize that a candlestick signal or candlestick pattern is a clue to what may come.  Can you spot the bearish island reversal and bear kicker on USO?

IWM:  30-min chart | printing a bearish “M” pattern
SMH:  4-hr chart |Gap up shooting star close with follow through
IYT:  2-hr chart| Blue ice fail
S&P VIX Short-Term Futures VXX:  2-hr chart | Doji continuation setting up
USO Unites States Oil Fund:  4-hr chart | Sellers control the T-Line™

Each day 10 -15 stocks are posted in the members area that I believe are poised to move 10-20% (or more) within the next few days.  Please follow your trading rules for entry stops and profits. Remember to check for earnings!
