Good Morning, Profit Traders,
CZZ Long, a classic J-Hook Breakout up 15.48% for our subscribers with a 2.73% move yesterday.
WAC Long, RBB pattern up 2.17% yesterday a total of 24.34% for HRC subscribers
NEM Short, 12.82% total for HRC subscribers
T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) — The SPY found a little support .61 cents from one our deuce lines and closed above $212.39 (Septembers low). Until a close and support is established above $214.50, we will look at yesterday’s and today’s positive move as a relief rally. $215.50 is not a sign of total bullishness; it is merely the number that puts the SPY back in its sideways, go nowhere pattern.
Price and the T-Line™ are below the 34-ema, and the sellers have trend control. The weekly candlestick pattern in the SPY is still suggesting sellers have control and that $212.40 is very important.

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY)— The SPY closed yesterday with a Doji at the bottom of the previous day’s bearish candle, this is a classic Doji continuation pattern. At the close yesterday, we spoke with members/subscribers and suggested that the sellers had control and a move below Septembers low was likely. Our next target below the September low is about $210.15
The Doji Continuation pattern is a classic High Probable pattern that we teach here at HRC.

JDST, a classic (RBB) Rounded Bottom Breakout, up 39.70% for our subscribers and popped 9.77% yesterday.
ALJ, up 23.74% for our subscribers and yesterday was a 3.78% day.
It’s earning time again. Check and double check. Do you want to own a stock that has earnings?

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) The market turned more ugly than it was the day before. The SPY lost 1.26% finding help at the September low. Unless the Fed helps this market today, I doubt the September low is going to help. $210.40 is looking like a stop over based on yesterday’s attitude.

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) — Another week has gone by without a meaningful change in the market. The past two weeks, the SPY has traded in the $214.00 to $217.00 range, still with a downward bias. Price has not had the strength to pull the T-Line™ back above the 34-ema nor has price been able to push the price below current support.
Even though the market has been somewhat stuck and boring, the members of HRC and RWO have enjoyed fantastic profits in both long and short trades. Let’s keep doing what works. Charts with good conditions equal a reason to trade. Education builds the confidence to trade true to your plan.

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) — Jobs number comes out today. Will the Feds make a decision? What will the markets do? The presidential election is around the corner. What will the market do? The Pound dropped like a rock. What will the market do? Twitter falls after bidders walk away. Out of 11 sector Indices, 3 are green and 8 are red from yesterday. GLD and SLV drop, relief rally likely soon. MSFT in breakout position. AMZN on a T-Line™ run.
This is all important, but how much does it matter if you are a student of price (Candlesticks) study support and resistance, chart patterns? We are swing traders; we are profit traders. What are you?

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) — Not much has changed in the overall market, the SPY and the DIA’s remain under bear pressure while IWM and the QQQ’s are trading above their 34-ema and the T-Line™ is above their 34-ema. The financial sector was up yesterday but the SPY was not, interesting because the SPY hold a fair amount of financials. Energy gapped and help the 20-sma, while real estate has been taking a swan dive off a cliff.
As of the close yesterday and the open today I see no bullish evidence in the SPY.

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) — The SPY closed down 1.10% and IWM closed down 0.61%. The SPY was overrun by the bears yesterday adding more selling pressure to an already pressured chart. One of the best tools I use is the T-Line™ (8-ema) and the 34-ema to determine the trend direction in a chart or index I am trading. Keep it simple. If the T-Line™ is below the 34-ema, sellers have control, and if the T-Line™ is above the 34-ema, buyers have control. When you add price action (candlesticks), support and resistance, you have a powerful set of trading tools.

NEM (short) moved another 10% for a total of +14.22%
DXCM (short) dropped another 3.59% for a total of +6.69%
CRMD (long) popped another 11.7% for a total of 63.73%

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) — The SPY closed down 0.24% and IWM closed down 0.31%.
While the T-Line™ stays below the 34-ema on the SPY I will stay bearish on the SPY and while the T-Line™ stays above the 34-ema on the IWM I will stay bullish. Neither chart looks as if It’s very healthy. If you are a cloud follower then you might want to know the SPY is in the cloud and IWM is still above.

T-Line™ below the 34-ema (SPY) — The SPY closed up 1.62% and IWM closed up 1.35%. The SPY was not able to clear the 50-sma or our $217.42 line, while the IWM chart has been trending and consolidation over the big 3 grouping. $124.25 is the important line for the bulls on the IWM chart.
Individual charts have worked out very well for us despite the market. At the close Friday, $CLVS up 117.82% – $AAOI up 88.86% – $SEMI up 86.11% – $PTCT up 70.65% – $STX up 60.56% – $ERII up 56%. We can show you 119 more members’ trade ideas that are up (GREEN) as of the close Friday.
