My entry plan idea:  A buy above $13.19 or below $13.19 and above the T-Line.

My stop plan idea:    A close below the T-Line

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

TSLA/Long  (Auto Manufacturers)  TSLA appears to be recovering from the 200- period moving average and has recovered two other times in the past from the 200-period moving average.  With yesterday’s close over the 50-period moving average and yesterday’s gap, it tells the story that the buyers are stepping in.  An inside day buy today just might make for a nice entry.

My entry plan idea:  A buy above $242.70 and below $250.95.   Of course, a breakout would work as well.
My stop plan idea:    Manage the trade with a stop on a close below the T-Line to start with.

The Rounded Bottom Breakout (RBB) E-Book Course is on sale right now for only 3 more days at $297.00.  November 14th at midnight, standard pricing applies.

Members $347.00

Retail $447.00

Pre-launch Special $297.00

Below are a few RBB Examples.  One $1,500 RBB trade at 20% would pay for the RBB course and you keep it for life.  Ready to learn a trading strategy that has rules and works?   Yes, I am!

UIC +25%

MITK +25%

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

BCOV/Long  (Technology Sector Software Application)  BCOV was a featured trade idea on November 3, again on November 5, and now today.  BCOV has had a nice PBO with a Bullish Engulf off the T-Line and positive follow-through demonstrating the Bulls are in charge.  A bullish J-Hook is forming that could push BCOV into the gap and up to the 200-day simple moving average, approximately 19% from yesterday’s close.

My entry plan idea:  Currently long from $6.56, I will consider adding on intraday consolidation and a new buy might be considered on a J-Hook breakout over $7.00.
My stop plan idea:    A close below the T-Line

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

REXX/Long  (Energy Sector Oil and Gas)  With a close over the T-Line REXX will confirm our pinball setup strategy, prices found that the T-Line can be a strong resistance line and keep price pushed down, Friday price took control and closed over the T-Line following a double hammer bottom.  With about 20% to the pinball target.  Remember to keep your stops in place and trade with your rules.

My entry plan idea:  Below $8.27 and above $7.38
My stop plan idea:    A close below the T-Line

Good Morning,

SPY:   The spy continues its bullish journey and has had only PBO profit taking signals… Continue Reading

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

NLNK/Long  (Healthcare Sector Biotechnology) NLNK recently broke above the big three and the 200-day simple moving average and has now pulled back to the 20- day simple moving average.  Yesterday it closed over the T-Line forming what looks like a J-Hook PBO.  From the T-Line to the recent high is about 25%.

My entry plan idea:  Above the 20-day SMA and below yesterday’s high (inside day)
My stop plan idea:    A close below  $30.53

Good Morning,

SPY:   Yesterday the SPY broke out ahead of job numbers yesterday… Continue Reading

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

SCOK/Long  (Basic Materials: Sector)  SCOK has pulled back from its October 20 gap filling the window and posting a Bullish Engulf yesterday.  From yesterday’s close to the high of October 20 is approximately 30% of profit anyone could be happy with.  The chatter yesterday on SCOK in the trading room was positive alerting our members.

My entry plan idea:  (Currently own @ $3.26)  Will add on positive trading and above $2.61
My stop plan idea:    A close below $2.59

Good Morning,

CLVS:  CLVS was a featured trade idea back in August, and we have talked about it several times in the trading room over the past couple of months.  CLVS has hit our target and then some with about 29% and more if you swung the peaks and valleys.  Great job to those who traded CLVS.

SPY:   More consolidation in the SPY yesterday.  Basically the bulls and the bears are getting along or maybe trying… Continue Reading

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

BCOV/Long  (Technology Sector Software Application)  I first mentioned BCOV as a possible trade two days ago (November 3) as a rounded bottom breakout with about 45% possible profit measuring from the 50-day simple moving average to the 200-day simple moving average.  Prices rallied slightly with an inside day yesterday and now about 24% to target.  I am watching for a PBO J-Hook set up.

My entry plan idea:  (Currently own @ 6.67) Will add on a bullish candle
My stop plan idea:    A close below the 50 SMA

Good Morning,

VPCO ended up being a 53.64% trade and more for others in our trading room, Congratulations to all!

SPY:   Everybody sits on the edge of their seat and tries to figure out what the market reaction will be to such things as an election, and there’s always very good arguments on both sides.  But when it comes…

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

GPRO/Long  (Consumer Cyclical Sector Leisure)   Other than two wicks overlapping each other by just a few pennies, GPRO has formed a bullish island reversal pattern and gapped over the big three.  Closing yesterday at $84.32 sets GPRO up for testing $100 again and possibly moving higher.  As we all know, not all candlestick patterns are guaranteed, follow through is a must.

My entry plan idea:  (Bought yesterday @ $84.28) To add to GPRO above the 50 DMA or a breakout of $85.40
My stop plan idea:    A close below the 50 SMA area

Good Morning,

SPY:   What is a healthy pullback?  Most traders realize that to have a healthy bullish trend we also need healthy pullbacks as well.  So what is a healthy pullback? Continue Reading

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

BCOV/Long  (Technology Sector Software Application) After Friday’s breakout on high-volume BCOV  has become a rounded bottom breakout with about 45% profit measuring from the 50 day simple moving average.  Notice the candlestick rounded bottom for the past two weeks.

My entry plan idea:  On a pullback below 6.55 and above the 50sma
My stop plan idea:    A close below the 50sma area

Good Morning,

SPY:  At the close on Friday, the SPY printed a hanging man candlestick signal which implies the sellers may try to push price away from its Friday high. Continue Reading

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

GALT/Long  (Healthcare sector drug manufacturers)  GALT Looks poised for a run positioned in a Rounded Bottom Breakout (RBB) and a Doji continuation pattern or Doji sandwich.  $6.50 would make a good target which equals about 18 1/2%, then about $7.70 which is about 40% away.  At that point, we will then consider the 200-day simple moving average.

My entry plan idea:  Below $5.49 and above the T-Line would be my preference; buying above $5.49 would also work.   Just monitor the pullback.
My stop plan idea:    A close back below the T-Line
