SPY:  Not too many surprises this week, the market is pretty much flat as been expected with the Bulls still in charge.  There’s going to be quite a lot of economic news today

which gives even more reasons to spend more time in the kitchen with stuffing, turkeys, ham pies and cookies.

 IWM:  A Low volume holiday week makes for a good day to clean your desk drawer out. Bulls are still in control

BCOV/Long  (Technology Sector)  BCOV is a active featured trade idea.  A rounded bottom breakout that has pulled back to test the 34 EMA, formed a Doji low four days ago followed by a higher low and a Bullish Engulf yesterday.  Notice how all the buyers have started buying around the $6.30 area.

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

AREX/Long  (Energy Sector)  AREX close Friday in our Rounded Bottom Breakout Pattern along with a J-Hook pattern setting up.  Over the past couple of weeks price is formed what appears to be a bottom with a rally from the lows to the 50 day simple moving average pulling back to the 20 day simple moving average closing over the 50 simple moving average Friday.  We’ll start with a 15% target and see what happens.

My entry plan idea:  Below $13.25 And above $11.50
My stop plan idea:    A close below the T-Line for now

LRAD/Long  (Technology Sector)  LRAD is forming a bullish W pattern that has now come back over the big three with a 13.88% move yesterday after a PBO double bottom pattern with about a 20% profit target or more depending on your entry and exit.

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

EXK/Long  (Basic Materials Silver)  EXK has been in a downtrend and is now trying to construct at least a short-term bottom.  The bottom construction started on November 10 then on November 14.  A bullish engulf was printed with a bullish doji harami follow-through yesterday closing over the t-line. EXK is now set up in a strategy we call “The Pinball.”  With the first target around $3.50, an entry below or very near $2.87 could produce about a 23% profit.

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

TZA/Long  (Small-cap bear 3X)  TZA printed a bullish piercing candle on Thursday and a Doji Friday at the upper wick area of Thursday’s piercing candle telling us that the buyers are taking charge with the whole Harami Doji continuation candle. A close over the t-line could set us up for about a 10-15% bounce if the sellers in the market has their way.

Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

TSLA/Long  (Auto Manufacturers)  TSLA appears to be recovering from the 200- period moving average and has recovered two other times in the past from the 200-period moving average.  With yesterday’s close over the 50-period moving average and yesterday’s gap, it tells the story that the buyers are stepping in.  An inside day buy today just might make for a nice entry.

My entry plan idea:  A buy above $242.70 and below $250.95.   Of course, a breakout would work as well.
My stop plan idea:    Manage the trade with a stop on a close below the T-Line to start with.
