Rick’s Featured Trade Ideas

SQM/Long (Basic Materials)  In the SQM chart,  there was a bullish morning star in late July followed by a bullish T-Line run, and then in late August, I can see a bullish belthold with a gap then followed by a bullish T-Line run that topped out at the 100 SM with a Shooting Star.  Profit-taking took place with a flag and a set of Doji’s creating a PBO.   Yesterday’s bullish candle is now painting a bullish J-Hook breakout.  Note the gap back in mid-June.

WTW/Long (Personal services)  In the WTW chart,  I see a bullish kicker that gapped over the 20-day SMA and the T-Line after printing a bullish “W” pattern back in July and August (daily chart).  On the weekly chart, I see a bullish cradle pattern followed by a bullish T-Line run and a bull flag.

AMBA/Short (Semiconductor) AMBA Has failed the T-Line and the 100 SMA trying to form a bearish “h” pattern with a evening star at the failure point.  This chart started having real trouble mid-June and started to collapse late July. As you can see AMBA is gapping down this morning, the purpose of this featured trade idea is for you to manage the trade based on your entry which may not be today. EGRX/Short (Healthcare) Early August, EGRX formed a bearish Shooting Star with sellers’ follow-through.  After breaking down below the 50-day simple moving average, price has now come back up for retest.  On the two-hour chart, price has already failed my double deuces, and price could very easily fail the double deuces on the four-hour chart today.
