The SPY’s trend is still bullish with the close yesterday over $226.60. $226.60 is our support line, if the bulls lose this area the bears may be wanting to do a little grazing.

The SPY was able to close off its lows yesterday after the sellers had taken what they wanted. The overall chart pattern still suggests the buyers outnumber the sellers, but as I mentioned last week, I am seeing a few cracks in the ice so let’s walk carefully. Keep looking for the good chart setups and profit into strength. $226.60 is a line the bulls need to defend.

The Dow Jones Industrials busted 20K! The Trump rally continues.
The SPY gaped and closed at its highs $229.57. We now have support near $227.35 and the next bullish swing near $232.15.
The ETF – GLD gapped down yesterday to support, bulls walked in and stopped the fall. Dollar Index Fund – UUP retested its recent low with a weak candle, I feel we will likely see more a price drop.

IWM looks to have found a bottom with a bullish Morning Star signal. The Bullish Morning Star Signal also found support from late November.
