Today’s Trade Idea

TSEM Long: (Technology Sector Semiconductors) TSEM over the past couple of weeks has painted a double bottom followed by the bulls being in charge with a morning star-type candle pattern followed by a doji and then a gap up, closing above the T-Line and the 20-day simple moving average last week. The weekly 200-day simple moving average is approximately 20% away, and that’s about what I see as the next target

My entry plan idea: On a PBO below 9.86
My stop plan: A close below 9.22

Good Morning,
Despite a short week and lowered volume, the bulls continue to party on.

The SPY closed with a new high as well as the Dow and the NASDAQ. I can see from the morning futures that we may see a weak open compared to last week’s close. I think the important thing here is to follow the trend. And our T-Line trend continues to lead in a northern direction.

It’s pretty obvious that the buyers are still in charge of this market, and it looks as if they are trying to reach that even number of 200 on the SPY and 2000 on the S&P 500. That’s what I see projected out as the next big bullish target. At this point in the trend, we will look to take advantage of small dips and play rallies in the bullish charts that help the market rise.

Bull Markets

What are bull markets?
When learning about the stock market, it is important to understand the different types of markets that can occur. Bull markets occur when the prices for securities are on the rise or are expected to rise. While this market is most often used in reference to the stock market, it can also be applied to any type of financial security that is traded including currencies, commodities, or bonds.
