Double Bottom, POOTB, Morning Star, Oh My

Double bottom, Pop Out of The Box, Morning Star, PBO Harami and the (RBB) Rounded Bottom Breakout strategy. Sounds like enough conditions to make a reason. GTN is constructing a bullish bottom, and a breakout above $11.80 might put me into the trade with 10-15% target zone. The 34-EMA is trying to cross up through the 50-SMA with the 6-day T-Line Run, about to do the same with bullish follow through.

SPY • Watch Price and The T-Line

A 3 bar top and with a Bearish Engulf suggest a little consolidation and absorption is needed. Because of the price action yesterday there is a good chance we see a lower low in the SPY. From the May 29 low to the current high the 23.6% Fib line is at $276.72 and the 38.2% Fib line is at $275.00.  For about 11 days we have had a bullish T-Line run so a little rest may be needed. We will discuss more the Fib lines in the trading room today.

VXX – Closed with a Bullish Engulf yesterday engulfing a Doji. Price action is still trending down below the T-Line, above the T-Line and we will think about a trade.
