Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

APPL/Long (Technology)  After Apple’s bearish engulf a couple of weeks ago the follow-through led to a lower low below the big three, the buyers stepped in to create a higher high and then lost traction when the sellers brought price down. But the Bulls stopped it with a higher low, then yesterday the Bulls pushed and closed the candle over the 127.62 bullish line creating a bullish “W” pattern.

More on how to trade AAPL in the trading room today at 9:10 am EDT

Volunteers  Welcome

Good Morning,

SPY:  This week the buyers have been able to push and close price to the very top of the trading range, based on the futures at 7 AM this morning it appears we will see a breakout of the trading range.  With a successful close above the trading range we will start looking at a possible new legup and 217 looks to be a very reasonable target to start with.

IWM:  The price action in IWM yesterday was pleasant and good for the Bulls.  There still needs to be more bullishness in IWM to get it over the 50 SMA and above 124.40
