One of Today’s Featured Trade Ideas
TZA/Long (Small Cap 3xBear) TZA is lifting off the bottom currently trying to form a bullish J-Hook pattern. A close over the 50-day simple moving average would make it a Rounded Bottom Breakout pattern.

Good Morning,
SPY: The SPY remains under pressure as it continues to trade below the big three moving averages, 20 SMA, 34 EMA and 50 SMA. The sellers have been able to keep control of the price and forcing it down below the T-Line. Last week, price did see a bounce off the 200 SMA, but as we mentioned, the bounce would be merely a relief bounce. The SPY has been painting a sellers’ top from late February, and is now back below last year’s close. Defending the recent low will be very important for the buyers.
IWM: The bear flag on IWM has broken down which continues to show weakness as it’s below the big three and the T-Line, and it now takes the shape of a bearish “h” pattern.
SMH: SMH has had a rough month struggling to hold the 200-day simple moving average and forming a bearish flag.
IYT: IYT continues to show weakness. The past eight bars have formed a bearish flag.
