Today’s Swing Trade Ideas

TTI/Long (Energy Sector)  After a bullish gap on February 27 TTI pulled back to retest the gap crossing back up over the big three making it a rounded bottom breakout.  Following the T-Line up to the 100 SMA and has now consolidated with a left right combo.

More on how to trade TTI in the trading room today at 9:10 AM EST.
Possible entry plan idea:  The buy box is from $5.75 to $6.24
Possible stop plan idea:  A weak candlesticks signal or below 5.75

Good Morning,

SPY:  Lower highs and lower lows is something that the bears sit around and talk about, and the SPY has done just that starting late February early March.  Yesterday’s close set an another lower high, also closing below the big three.  Continued weakness in the SPY could test the March lows, and without a bullish reversal signal, we could see a new low established.  Last night during e-learning, we saw the ES pullback significantly, but I see this morning it’s back up.  Only the end of the day will tell how we close.  The bulls needs to capture the $208.60 flag to stay in the ballgame; unfortunately, it looks like they’re going after the $205.70 flag.

IWM:  IWM still maintains its leadership closing yesterday with an inside day Doji above the T-Line and the big three.  A close over $125 would keep the bulls and buyers in a good place; a close below the T-Line and the bear will growl.  Bullish gap closing over the T-Line and the big three but still needing follow-through to clear the recent highs. $123.15-ish is still a very important number for the buyers to defend.  While yesterday’s bullish gap was impressive, the buyers need to have the strength to print a Bullish candle.
