One of Today’s Featured Trade Ideas
AMPE/Long (Healthcare Biotechnology) I will be using the Rounded Bottom Breakout (RBB) strategy to trade AMPE. After the gap in April, the artist has painted a cup and handle and a flag the last few trading days and a closing Bullish Engulf yesterday. Something to think about:
Rule #21 Never be fully invested
SPY: Those famous words by Clint Eastwood: “Do you feel lucky? Well, do you?” The SPY closed yesterday with a Doji pretty darn close to the recent highs. There’s only three places it can go: up, down or sideways. As a trader, I have a few choices myself, such as putting the brakes on and trading much lighter or even not trading at all until a decision is made at this very important level. The Bulls have done a fantastic job the past week or so, and as of yesterday, the bearish gatekeeper has held back the breakout. The battle is on!
IWM: The sellers are trying to paint a bearish head and shoulders while the buyers are trying to paint a support line for this pullback to bounce off of. Tread lightly and monitor the candlestick price action.
SMH: Sellers are still in charge.
IYT: The battle is on between the T-Line and the bearish downtrend line.

Each day 10 -15 stocks are posted in the members area that I believe are poised to move 10-20% (maybe more) within the next few days based on the charts. As you know some work and some don’t…Welcome to trading. Please follow your trading rules for entry stops and profits. Remember to check for earnings!
