One of Today’s Featured Trade Ideas
AAPL/Short (Technology) AAPL may be headed for the $100 mark, with the double top/bearish engulf/island reversal and a blue-ice failure pattern. Yesterday, AAPL broke through and closed below the 200-day simple moving average, and it lost its recent low support by closing below it yesterday.

Something to think about:
Education – Under what conditions will you stop trading for the day, week or month? For example, “You (the trader) will stop trading for the day or week if you have three losing trades.”

SPY: I don’t know about you, but this market is starting to wear on me — chop, chop, chop. And from the high of May 20, you clearly have to give the trend to the bears. We are 52 bars from the May 20 high. Put a linear regression line using 52 bars on your chart. It is very clear who controls the trend. You can double the linear regression line to 104, and you can see that the Bulls have the upper hand. Chop, chop, chop. There’s not much in the candlestick signals that are giving us clues at the moment; however, the 20-day simple moving average is still below the 50-day simple moving average, and the T-Line is flirting with both of them in yesterday’s closing price below the T-Line.
IWM: Clearly still controlled by the sellers.
SMH: SMH is trying to print a lower high/higher low chart pattern, and we should know in a couple of days if this works out.
IYT: The transports held up very well yesterday, and for the last 25 days or so, the transports have constructed a bullish bottom, short term at least.

Each day 10 -15 stocks are posted in the members area that I believe are poised to move 10-20% (maybe more) within the next few days based on the charts.
