TZA/Long (Small Cap Bear ETF) After an extended downtrend TZA has formed a double bottom accompanied with a Bullish Morning Star Reversal Pattern closing above the T-Line and the 20-simple moving average. Currently I’m anticipating TZA to become A Rounded Bottom Breakout. I am personally long from $9.69.
