One-Time Alerts App Setup

Apple Phone Instructions

1. Enter your first name, last name, and email address above.
2. Click “Submit”
3. Install the PTRv3 Phone App from the link below
   • The Phone App will ask for your email (use the one above)
   • Click the “Email Me My Pin Code” button in the Phone App
   • Check your email and then enter the pin code in the Phone App
   • Click the “Login” button in Phone App
4. Click on the Alerts” tab of the Phone App
