Today’s Swing Trade Ideas
BCOV/Long (Technology Sector) BCOV is a active featured trade idea. A rounded bottom breakout that has pulled back to test the 34 EMA, formed a Doji low four days ago followed by a higher low and a Bullish Engulf yesterday. Notice how all the buyers have started buying around the $6.30 area.
My entry plan idea: Below the T-Line and above the 34 EMA
My stop plan idea: $6.24
Good Morning,
SPY: Doji inside day yesterday. A Single candlestick that indicates indecision. A single candlestick signal that indicates warning. Most meaningful when it is displayed aspart of a candlestick pattern. Continuation patterns, evening stars, morning stars and such. In a very narrow range yesterday typical of a holiday week with a day off in the middle of the week. The buyers continue to to beat the sellers and lead us higher with only small consolidation phases. Until there as a bearish sell signal with confirmation the buyers will continue to make new highs.
IWM: A bullish Harami was formed yesterday in a bullish J-Hook continuation pattern a pullback that resulted in a Bullish Engulf PBO. Yesterday’s price action in IWM suggest the buyers are in control with targets near 119.65 and 120.97 of course this is dependent on bullish follow through.
