SPY:  As you can see from the chart, price has closed below the T-Line.  A close below the T-Line implies that short-term swingtrading sellers have control.  This is true not only in the indices, but also in the equity.  It doesn’t mean you can’t buy a position below the T-Line, but you would have to wait for a buy-signal or a buy pattern. Yesterday, price failed to reach the $211.05 number which would of given a bullish indication. Simply a close over the T-Line would give the edge back to the Bulls.

IWM:  Yesterday the buyers failed to meet their goal of $122.81 which would put them in control of the ball; however, they did close over the T-Line, so today’s action will be extremely important.  If $122.81 still holds, the buyers will have the ball.
