NOG/Long (Energy Sector) If you look at your daily chart over the past nine days, you can see a hammer, a Bullish Engulf, Doji’s, another Bullish Engulf, a Bullish Doji Sandwich, and a Rounded Bottom Breakout.

Possible entry plan idea: The buy box is from $7.70 to $8.10
Possible stop plan idea: A close below $8.10
An interesting tidbit: In 2015, we have had 4 consecutive down days five times now. In 2014, we didn’t have any 4 consecutive down days. Also, we haven’t had 2 consecutive up days in 27 days.

SPY: Yesterday’s Doji in the SPY found support at the recent March lows which could lead one to believe a minor relief rally
could be in order. There are a few troubling things that I would like to share. On the daily chart, the T-Line has now brokendown through the 50-simple moving average. On the four-hour chart, the T-Line is below the 34-exponential moving average, and price closed below the 200-simple moving average. On the four-hour chart, I’m also seeing a very possible bearish “M” pattern. Today is Friday — a good day to clean your positions up, kick out some of the losers, go to the bank with some of the winners and manage the keepers.
IWM: IWM had a Doji close on the daily chart. On the four-hour chart, the T-Line has broken down through the 34-exponential moving average while price seems to be dangling slightly above the 200-simple moving average.
